Dr Wines aims to provide a comprehensive service for all your skin health needs in a professional but non-confronting environment. After your consult a management plan will be discussed with you, including the need for any further investigations or procedures.

How do I make an appointment?

Please call the practice on 02 9958 1555 during office hours (M-F 8.30am - 5:00pm) so our friendly team can assist you to make an appointment that works best for your needs. 

Helpful information for new patients:

Arriving 10 min early for your first appointment allows time for completion of the New Patient Registration Form. Alternatively, you can click to download, fill it in and bring it with you.

Please also bring your:  

  • Referral Letter (not required for cosmetic consultations)
    Note that it is not essential that you obtain a referral in order to see a specialist, however it is required if you intend to make a Medicare claim.
  • Medicare Card
  • Pension card if applicable
  • Health Fund Details
  • Any recent blood results, X-rays, CT scans or ultrasound scans if applicable
  • A list of your medications
  • Take photos of any lesion / rash or skin care if you feel it may recede prior to the appointment so as to document its progress.

Cancellation Policy

We send an SMS to you 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you feel you cannot come to the appointment, it is greatly appreciated if you could inform us at the time of the SMS. 24 hour notification of appointment cancellation is essential so as to prevent disappointment for other patients who could use your allocated appointment. A fee of $100.00 for failure of attendance is incurred.
